Suggestionbox.com offers an online solution for companies that enables customers to fill out their suggestion online and receive status updates every time their suggestion moves along the chain. Why it might be a killer
This is certainly a great way to manage customer suggestions and complaints and if implemented properly, customers would like the fact that they receive feedback throughout the process.
Some questions
If this solution is implemented and properly used by a few early adaptors then it could really take off. If it is not implemented properly, then customers could become frustrated because the company could just leave the suggestion in the “pending review” status area.
