Today it is day of talking about my experience with Google Adwords. as soon as I created my blog, and as I already had an Adsense account , I resolved to open an Adwords account , to see what would be the result announcing my blog.
In my opinion Adwords, used of adequate way can bring visitors qualified for your site. I think as an initial startup is a good option.

During July month, I did 2 campaigns tests in AdWords, the first a test using campaigns per keyword and the second choosing the sites where the announcements could appear.

KeyWord Campaingn:
The result 1 month of the campaign per keyword was:

Total of Impressions: 1.096
Total of Clicks: 4
Total Cost: U$ 0.10

In other words, they were necessary at least 274 impressions for I obtain a click, paying U$ 0.025 for click.
The used keywords, were the ones of my site, make money online, ways to make money, and etc.

Site Oriented Campaign:
The result 1 month of campaign guided in sites was:

Total of Impressions: 139.056
Total of Clicks: 120
Total Cost: U$ 41,31

In other words, they were necessary 1.158,8 impressions for I receive 1 click

Going more beyond, that 120 clicks generated me by Google Analytics, 12 visits, that were considered by Analytics, in other words, that probably stayed some time accessing the page. Actually a very low number, if I consider that in this period my site received a total of 700 visits.

My conclusion regarding the campaign kind use, whether guided to the site or guided the keyword, think the guided campaign for site is interesting when you know exactly in which site to announce, does not worth staying shooting for the whole side, has to do a study, and check if the visitors who access that site, would have interest for accessing your as well.

If you are like me, and does not have much money to spend with announcements, I suggest a campaign based on keywords, because at least for me, the cost is very smaller and comparing the impressions quantity versus clicks, the campaign per word is much more interesting.
